I don't start by coding.

Before I think about code, I want to understand what you're trying to build, for whom, and what it needs to achieve. If something doesn't add up, I'd rather say so before building it.

I'm not aiming for it to look like every other site.

I can make something work. The hard part is giving it its own identity and making it feel right to use.

I get involved in the decisions.

I don't like getting a task list and just executing it. If I see a way to improve an idea, simplify it, or take it further, I'll say so.

I think beyond the handoff.

I don't want to hand you something that works today and becomes a problem tomorrow. I try to build on a foundation that can grow with the project.

I care about what happens after the click.

A page shouldn't exist just to look good. Every interaction, every screen, every decision should have a purpose.

I'm not looking to just be the one who builds your idea.
